Is it harder for Virginia students to get into UVA v out of state students?

Hardest: out of state
Hard: NOVA
Easier: rest of Virginia (but you still need to be top 10%ish) it's just the competition to be that and get high SAT scores is less when you live in Big Stone Gap.

$57 million? That is 1.1% of UVAs $5.3 billion endowment. And GMU has a 66% admission rate so not sure where the selectivity part is coming in. Yes it is newer, but the Jeffersonian architecture does add a bit of charm to the UVA campus.
