Costco Amex - worth it?

I am all about reward credit cards. The percentages change but we determined it made more sense for us to use our Amex Blue Cash card for most purchases. Here are the current reward rates:

Blue Cash:
* 5% reward for Groceries, Durgstores and Gas
* 1% for all other purchases

Costco:
* 3% Gas
* 2% Restaurants and all travel purchases
* 1% everything else (including Costco purchases)

We got $1600 back this year. Take the check to Costco and they'll cash it on the spot. LOVE it.

That Blue Cash Amex has an annual fee, right? I have a Blue Cash Amex with percentages similar to the Costco one, but no fee.
