| Good idea!! |
| Where can you pick up yard signs and bumper stickers for Catania? |
| Yard signs go to petition and website |
| You don't have to pick them up...they deliver. |

Signed and made a donation (I might make a larger one, depending on what he will say about urban planning issues, including proposed increase in DC building height allowance - we are against it).
Catania statement is strong, detailed and clear. This is what I was waiting for before committing. I also requested a yard sign. For your information I received an autoreply informing me that they will deliver it at my house. |

Signed. Though I know is mainly a way to gather my email and contact details. But I have no problems with that.
I too liked his statements. The two statements - Bower vs Catania - really reflect who they are: Bowser's is generic and superficial, does not want to alienate anyone. Catania's strong, and takes a clear and strong stand. |
| signed! |
| and totally agree with PP. It doesn't sound like bowser gave the school issues much thought before commenting, which is worrisome to say the least. |
+1. This was (and still is) a moment for the best leader to step up. Catania's reaction has been clear and impressive...and Muriel is still MIA trying to figure out the Pros and Cons of a range of possible responses. |
| +1 Just signed. |
| I just signed too. We need to get this around to neighborhood listservs. Time to show support for Catania! |
| Looks like the Catania school petition online only has 289 signatures. I would have thought he'd have more. |
|
I think it is not a priority for many in DC.
I honestly want him to win, but understand if he doesn't wear the "mantle" of school reform as it would not be an issue that would win him the election. just reality. where can we get bumper stickers? |
|
Can people post the link on their neighborhood listservs?
That would probably help. Also, he's now got a link to the petition on his homepage. Yesterday you couldn't find it. |
