Can you pull your hair back, but not as tight and then use a headband around your crown to keep the hair out of your face?
I also suggest not washing daily - but I get that you are sweating a lot. I can get away with it easily, but I don't work out with the intensity I used to. So it probably depends on how much you sweat and how much your head sweat stinks. I find redoing my hair pretty easy - even when I worked out like a fiend. Just fluff it out and blow the sweat dry and style. Actually, the more sweat, the easier it restyles. Or maybe I just have easy hair. Do you use a leave in conditioner of some type? There are tons on the market now - some for damage, some more oil based to keep hair less "poufy". I have found those to be really helpful. I have a finishing treatment which I reapply a bit after I workout. It helps smooth down the craziness. |
