I would buy this: Dog Barking Controller
Stop your own dog's barking without harsh discipline; stop a neighbor's dog from up to 50 ft. away. Easy trigger action releases a high-frequency sound audible to dogs which can also help train without harm. Effective with cats, too. Uses one 9V battery (not included). http://www.whateverworks.com/itemdy00.aspx?T1=K8433&srccode=NXCKC6&utm_source=google&utm_medium=comparison&utm_campaign=datafeed&gclid=CN61xqnMrcECFQctaQod6yoAkg |
Avoid what fees? I'm reasonably presuming that if one lives in CC, one is not concerned with fees. |
| MoCo has two paths you can take. There is a number to call if the dog is actively barking and they send an animal control car right away. Or you call a different number and lodge a complaint that the county then follows up on. Seems the first is the better option if you want to guarantee that the county sees the situation underway. |
