Yeah. They're instituting a driving ban for half of cars (based on license plate) every day now.

Bumping this up in case anyone else has tips. Going to Scandinavia and an wondering which carriers might not be listed on sites like cheaptickets.com or if there are better dies to try for Europe.

Norwegian is a low cost carrier. I flew them RT to Oslo in the last year and had a fine experience. Many deals. They fly all over Europe, and to Thailand
