| PP: did you test before those days? did you have BFNs before that 7dp5dt BFP? |
|
OP, you really need to calm down. It is too early to rely on tests.
|
PP with high betas here. Tested at 14 dpt for DD 1 and 15 dpt for my twins. Yes, my betas were high. But even still no line until 6dp5dt. |
| i dont really have a sense of those betas because mine are always 14DPO |
14 dpo = 14 dpt plus 5 days for a 5 day blast. So 19 dpo. |
| OP here: still WHITE BFN at 5dp5dt. feeling out of the game, especially because of my last pregnancy. |
I'm sorry, OP. I still think it's early - would wait until at least 8 or 9 days past transfer to call myself out of the game - but you know your body best. Anyway, I've been there and it's hard and I'm really sorry. |

This is OP. when I had a chemical pregnancy, I got a late BFP- 12dpo or 7dpt. and my beta was 27. so I associate late BFPs with chemicals and low betas
|
| Sorry, to clarify, my beta was 27 on 14dpo- 2 days later. so the first BFP was at like 5 or 10 or something HcG. |
|
OP - I am going to second the idea that you calm down. When is your beta? Can you hold off POAS until then?
FWIW, my first beta (10 DPO) was only a 7. Doctor told me to prepare for the worst. My daughter is now 1. |
| NP: 7 on 10DPO isn't bad. if it doubled quickly, could have been a normal number by 14dpo. like 50/60 or so. 27 on 14dpo is actually much lower (and hence was a chemical for OP) |

OP, I can't find the link now, but there are stats out there on how many women who ARE pregnant test negative at various points -- at 12dpo I think it's close to 40%.
Just because your body did one thing last time doesn't mean it will do the same thing this time -- if you had 4 previous pregnancies that were all the same, then maybe, but you have a sample size of one. Chillax. Don't get your hopes up, but do keep doing the things you would do if you were pregnant (=don't drown your sorrows in dry martinis). If I were you, i'd try not to test again until the morning of your beta, just so if it's bad news you'll be prepped for the phone call. |
| OP, the simple answer is you don't know and you can't change anything. Step away from the test strips. |
