Beauvoir. I was told they have well over 200 apps for 20 spots.

I think Sidwell.

You have no point of reference, which makes that ratio by itself meaningless.

For example, our school had 16 applications for each K spot. I don't know if that makes it the *most* difficult school to get into, but I do know that it is apparently a higher applicant/spot ratio than Beauvoir.

I was assuming that Sidwell and Maret were getting 20-30 applications for each spot, but maybe I was overestimating demand.

I have to admit that I'm not up on charters, but I thought that most (all?) used a lottery to admit students. If that's the case, it's not a question of difficulty; it's just a question of your odds.

Oh, well, because you were told this, clearly that makes it fact.

Are you speaking from experience? If so, could you provide additional feedback on the lower/middle school experience? TIA.

And what is the purpose of this question? Trying to conclude something about your self-worth OP?

Who cares? Exclusive does not equal quality.

I don't think Beauvoir is that hard (especially if you're coming from NCRC or St. John's). I think Sidwell and Maret are tougher.
