OP here - fortunately grandparent care is just temporary for the week, after tomorrow, the baby will be back in daycare. I'm sorry 21:07, but I could never ever behave that way towards my ILs. They are kind and generous people who are doing us a huge favor by watching DC this week, it's just been about 30+ years since they've changed diapers. I did ask DH to talk to them about the diaper rash this morning (which he did) and I mentioned this morning before I left that DC was still quite red and I set out the diaper cream for them to use, would they mind changing diapers a little more frequently today and airing out baby's little bum for a few minutes after changes. Hopefully that helps.

OP I know you are very mad, but the worst diaper rash we ever had came from something she ate. We were at the beach, and I guess it was not as clean as we thought...? Or something did not agree with her? It was awful and looked like... OUCH. Cleared right up when we got home.
