All rental car companies screw you on the toll charge. A lot of places (including around here) have electronic tolling only, so you're kind of stuck. Last time I was in Seattle, I avoided a particular route just to avoid the toll charge, because of the service fees.

They charge per toll since it takes a human to reconcile which charge goes to which renter, but it's still annoying.
