To OP's question: I'm not sure. I switched to the Always Infiniti Overnights for my bizarrely (for me, not in general) heavy first day postpartum periods. I don't know how they'd do for postpartum. I gave the hell up and used Poise undies for that for the first while.

I use a cup, I guess I use it like an adult. I have to use pads too on the first 2 days.

I'm very much an adult and have never used a tampon. That's my preference and my right as a woman. They're on the market because people use them.

Tampons during the day and pads at night. I sleep longer than 8 hours and don't want the tampon to stay inside of me for that long.

OP, I found the overnight ones too big for daytime use. The first option is best for me.
