Restaurant recommendation in Cleveland park area

Palena has high chairs and I love their food so I would recommend them IF you have an exceptionally chill 2 year old.

Definitely Dino if you have kids with you and they haven't closed to move to their new location. One of the best kids menus in the city.

Wait, Dino is closing? That's one of our favorites! Where is it moving to?

Shaw-- like 9th and U or something (plus menu changes). There's a indiegogo to fund the move.

My wife and I are big fans of Dino...but not bit enough fans to help fund their move out of our neighborhood. I understand that it is voluntary, but we found that funding request pretty tacky...

My favorite meal ever in DC was at Palena. Love that place!

Agreed. They worked hard to build a reputation as a good neighborhood business, which is fine. But trying to play that reputation to help pay for a move out of the neighborhood was pretty bizarre.

St. Arnold's for mussels. Great beer list, kid friendly and some of the best mussels in DC.

Medium Rare is a solid choice too and kids get to color on the table.

Palena is not kid friendly and very expensive though most of the food is tasty.

Ripple is "meh" at best but maybe I've just ordered wrong when I was there.

Palena, Ripple, Dino, Indique, or Ardeo. In that order.
