Generic Velveeta works fine for "queso."

Yes, I realize this isn't really food, but it is my weakness. I could eat buckets of Velveeta and Rotel....

I am 4 families over, all with kids. Is it totally lame if I serve pizza in addition to homemade different dips, cut up veggies,
Chips, salsa, fruit and fun desserts?
