OP - don't forget that some of these payments may include substantial down payments that drive down the mortgage payment.
Like I'm paying $2,375/mo for a 4BR/2BA SFH in North Arlington. But that's after putting down $150K for a lower mortgage payment. Houses similar to mine rent for $3,400/mo. |
