Any JMU Early Action decisions yet?

yes she got in Dickinson, which is a nice school -- but not sure the cost is worth it.. If she was hyperventilating about it we would be done with this but she is unsure

Your list and my son's are very similar - Gettysburg, Dickinson, JMU, Mary Washington, St Mary's, Delaware, Penn State. How are his chances with a 3.8 GPA (UW) and SAT or 600,600 and 580? (MD resident) Was it a mistake to apply to James Madison U EA?

That is so great, congratulations!! Was your daughter deferred initially? If so, was she just notified of an acceptance? My son was deferred and I didn't think they'd send out RD decisions until April. So nervous...

Congrats to the MD admit to JMU. With same stats, a VA resident would likely be denied, IME.
