Leftover canned tomato paste

When I freeze tomato paste, I measure it out into 1 tablespoon portions. That makes it easier to calculate how much to add later when I'm trying out a specific recipe.

I also freeze it, and I freeze leftover red sauce, and use them for the next batch of pasta sauce!

Like PP i have a leftover ice cube tray - in silicone from my baby food making days. It takes about 2 tbs. Pops out easily and can be stored in a baggie.
