FET protocol- Shady Grove- anyone have info?

I just did an FET at SG. 14 days of BCPs. No lupron. Then estrace and progesterone suppositories. I'm also on baby aspirin and a steroid (prednisone). No shots. My protocol seems pretty different from all others. I'm in the excessively long 2ww now.

GL! It sounds pretty standard other than the aspirin and steroid.

didn't know no shots was even an option. 18 days of BCP here, kind of annoying. then IM shots of Del Estrogen (2.5 weeks) and PIO (whenever (and assuming) lining checks out ok)

If you don't ask, they default to the shots. When I asked, they said lots of people do no shots.

I am at GWU, but my protocol was (is becasue I am doing it right now) 14 days BCP with Lupron starting at day 10, continuing Lupron and now about 2 weeks into the estrogen patches. Also will not be doing PIO, but using inserts. It's about 7 weeks from AF to transfer for me.

PP, I'm surprised your RE at SG agreed to prednisone. Did you show them a history of Immune issues? I am hoping to speak to my RE about adding this in for my next FET.

I asked about doing suppositories instead of PIO at SG and was told I had to do PIO shots. Last FET I did suppositories but was part of their Sustain study - this time we aren't.
