Me too ! |
| Prefect house for the zombie apocalypse. Lots of spots to snipe zombies. |
Weird. I really hate stairs with open treads. I hate the woodwork, the kitchen cabinets, the roof terrace, the garden up a full flight of outdoor stairs. What a piece of trash house. |

What? It's on Arlington Ridge. Every house in that neighborhood goes for more than a million. It has its own direct exit to 395 and is five minutes from DC, plus almost everyone has views of the monuments. Can't believe people are so stupidly biased against "South Arlington" that they even lump the Ridge in. |
To be fair, that post referred to it as the "just about the best" neighborhood in S. Arlington. I'd also never spend $2 million for anything in Arlington outside of possibly CCH. Otherwise you're stuck with the most expensive property in in the neighborhood and a bunch of resentful neighbors. |
Al Gore lived there for awhile. A Supreme Court justice too. |
And then they GTFO |
I always think these S. Arlington threads are dumb but this one takes the cake. If a $2M house with views of the city and senators and SC justices for neighbors isn't good enough for you... |
No problem with private school admission for any little darlings they might produce. |
| Absolutely hideous! |
