Experiment with different textures and sauces. My 2 year olds used to hate carrots. We like them either raw or lightly steamed. However, when I got canned carrots and microwaved them and they were soft enough to break apart with a fork, they loved them. They like steamed frozen veggies because they are softer. We also found that they love ketchup and Italian dressing and will eat several veggies if they can dip them in either one. Mine also like cheese so will eat some veggies in a cheese sauce, like broccoli in a cheese sauce is a favorite. Mine also like tomato sauces and soups. They will eat veggies in a tomato soup. Just a few ideas to try. Good luck!
