Of course. Support is based on a combination of income, qualifying expenses (daycare, medical insurance and extraordinary medical expenses), and number of overnights. OP's wife makes only 60% of his income so even with shared custody, he's likely to owe her some support. As others have said, the child support calculators are going to tell him exactly what to expect. |
