What do you put in your smoothies and why?

Lite Coconut milk and frozen fruit. Because it tastes sweeter than milk, but not too sweet.

Fat-free Greek yogurt (1 cup), a handful or two of spinach and various fruits (including, always, a frozen banana for the sweet).

This is my breakfast every morning.

My go to recipe is ok, plain and vanilla yogurt, wheat germ, and frozen mango. Add other fruits when I have them.
