suspect I have endometriosis- what is the next step?

I would go to your regular gynecologist (or OBGYN) for suspicion of endo.

I don't think you need to go as far as Omaha. There are a lot of really excellent people in the region.


I would be very careful about going to a regular GYN for endo surgery. Many are not skilled at treating it. I had far more luck with dealing with an RE for the surgery and follow-up treatment. It's been a few years, but Rifka at CFA did my surgeries. I ended up going to SG to do IVF.

The correct answer should've been 2. Your "issues" thread didn't get enough responses, so you abandoned it.

You can try to go for a lap, but I didn't read in either post that you are experiencing endo symptoms. Are you?
