Absolutely love the show. I live for Morgan and his crush on the sassy black nurse (can't remember her name) is so cute.

The episode was great. I *love* the tension between her and Danny. His dance was so cute. Love him and while I can't wait for them to get together, I'm enjoying watching it being drawn out.

It is nice to see a real woman on TV. I fear for the anorexic "stars" of network shows. Most of them have been starved into a competitive position where it is more about their emaciated bodies than their acting abilities. It is difficult to watch them. Before I am declared a fatty, I am a normal size 6.

You know he's one of the writers too? He was on the Nerdist Podcast a few weeks ago, totally worth a listen.

Never watched The Office but oddly started watching the Mindy show and it cracks me up.one of the only shows I DVR.

Agree. I don't find the show very funny or that well written b/c they do crap like her having a hissy fit and throwing a decorated Christmas tree down a fire escape b/c she bought a tree.

Mindy herself has some talent but really not enough to carry a show and it is really a moot point what she looks like.
