I was at Wegmans this morning and about to buy some of their sliced roast turkey at the "already prepared" counter. But then I spotted that they had small uncooked turkey breasts already brined with all instructions on how to cook it. I picked up a 2lb breast, popped it in the oven for 1.15 hours, checked the done temperature and voila - all for $9 and it tastes fairly good!!
