I've had a problem several years in a row finding fresh herbs, especially sage.

Also, if you have your heart set on a specific type and size of turkey, order in advance and don't miss your pickup day.

If you're happy with whatever turkey they have in the case, and don't mind subbing dried herbs if you have to, you'll be alright.
