As for "a poor understanding of nutrition", I have in fact launched a number of scientific experiments on this subject, the outcomes of which are incontrovertible.
I don't want to go into details, since the mainstream scientific community considers my methods "unsound", and my practices "unethical", but let's just say that if you knew what I knew, you would be approaching the WholeFoods undercooked potato trays with a very large plate.
