Traditional Caesar dressing is made with anchovies, so not vegetarian. But if your only vegetarian eats seafood, then it doesn't matter. Many dressings no longer include the anchovies anyway.

I would do soup, salad, and calamari. I'm neutral on the salad, they both sound good to me.

And I like minestrone. What's not to like?

PP here correcting myself. The bacon bits are certainly a meat, lol. I suppose they can be left off.

OP again, so sorry YES they do put bacon called pancetta. I saw pancetta but didn't know what that was until I googled.
