Shopping for husbands?

Shop for a husband? Isn't that what most single women over 25 are doing? I know I'm very strategic about where I hang (what crowd does it attract?) because I'm interested in meeting desirable men, with the ultimate goal of meeting the right life partner/spouse for me.

Churches and synagogues ask for this sort of problem. Women outnumber men in religious institutions 2 to 1. Churches always tell the women that they need to "marry a godly man" Since this is mathematically impossible, you get women throwing themselves at the pastor. It also, however, gives the church an army of unmarried women to pour coffee and do the altar flowers.
