There is no actual butter in Giant buttercream. It's all shortening and sugar. It will be fine.

Sure. It wasn't like we were asking them to store blocks of heroin in their freezers or anything.

weird, I grew up leaving leftover cake out. seems like it got dry and yucky in the fridge. We just took about 5 days to finish my DS's birthday cake. It was just out on the table with a knife, we just grabbed pieces every night. It tasted fine and no one got sick.
