Jeez, Old Navy, could your kids' stuff be any more flimsy??

And where do you shop? That would have been more helpful than you trying to guilt trip the OP

I like JCrew Crew Cuts. Sometimes you get good deals on sales. Same for Mini Boden - I usually scoop stuff up on sales.

Carter's

Up until age 5, I would go to Leesburg Outlets and buy my DD's entire wardrobe for the season mainly from Carter's, with a few pieces from Osh Kosh and Gap. Target was also great for toddler and preschool girl clothes.

Now that she has outgrown Carter's, I buy mostly from Crazy 8 with a few things from Land's End and Old Navy.

Sizes run big for Crazy 8. They run small for Jumping Beans. I don't know about the rest.

OP I agree with you 100 percent on their girls stuff and adult stuff, but weirdly, most of their boy stuff seems ok.

Crazy 8 runs small IMHO

All I can think of when I hear Crazy 8 is Breaking Bad.

Cheap clothes are cheaply made.

Seriously, some of us can't afford anything else. Get off your soap box. I am not condoning their practices, but we have to clothe our kids.

I've noticed that their online stuff is much more flimsy than what is carried in the store. Anybody else noticed this?

I find they all run on the smaller side....especially Jumping Beans. I love Jumping Beans canvas and cord pull on pants. They work great during potty training.

This year I got a ton of stuff from Osh Kosh for my girls. So far everything has held up well.

What do you expect for $5 a shirt?

Their $5 shirts were better quality 3-4 years ago. Not high end, of course, but not like tissue paper.

Also get on Zulilly - I got a ton of Jojobebemaman stuff really cheap from them. It's awesome.

Second Zulily! I've been using them for a couple of year now and they are awesome. The only drawback, though, is that you can't return your purchases, but I buy ahead, anyway.
