Advice for what to do about Cub Scouts and my HFA son

OP here thanks alot DS had his weekly therapy today and I suggested the therapist could talk about this with DS and she had some great suggestions too. She suggested I talk to leader and also give it time and that its ok to take it one week at a time. Thanks so much for the support! Already feeling better about things.

Please talk to the leader! My husband is the den leader of my son's den this year, and he's open to any and all suggestions from parents. We have a few boys with SN in the troop, and it's important to my husband that everyone feels included and has a fun time. Hopefully your leader will be open, as well.
