Yup! Just make sure you have a lot of pictures are her "first" party. Doesn't matter if it is just family.

Uh...This is a no~brainer OP. She is turning 1 for goodness sake!! She won't even remember her first birthday for the rest of her life. I am sure if she ever asks why she didn't get a party like her other sibling and you explained why, she would be so over it. Trust me, she won't hold it against you nor will she hold it over your head for the rest of your life and blackmail you. LOL.
