Best Indian in NoVA?

Another vote for Raaga. Get the tomato soup and the chicken tikka masala. I don't usually order that but it is awesome there.

I used to always get diarrhea after eating and Minerva in Fairfax. Their weekend buffet was sooo good, but we'd have to race home to get to the toilet. Totally worth it though.

Our current favorite is Cafe Taj in McLean. No gastro problems there.

Jaipur definitely has the best buffet and I've been to many places in NOVA. Haandi is also very good but I like Jaipur just a tad better.

My husband is Indian and we are very particular about Indian restaurants. We love Curry Mantra and Angeethi for a nicer meal. Bombay Cafe in Fairfax for cheap and quick. 99% of the customers there are Indian which says something! Punjabi by Nature inside Lotte Plaza in Chantilly is very good for a quick bite while grocery shopping, and there is another restaurant next door that is called Karaikudi that has Chettinad-style food. For Indo-Chinese, Masala Wok is great.
