Veet strips--can be hard to find but amazon has them. But i used to just go to the nail salon down the street for waxing--they had a private room and were cheap.

As an MD, I can tell you that no one is "too young" for electrolysis or laser. They use both on babies with hairy birthmarks and done by a professional it is perfectly safe. It is certainly safe for a healthy 11 or 12 year old. I know I have some colleagues who will discourage patients from seeking a service if they themselves don't perform it or are not comfortable doing it. If you are interested, you should seek a second opinion.
