House is just alright. I would have expected a lot more for a home this expensive. I've seen far more impressive homes at this price. Discounting the furniture, fixtures, and window treatments, the home has a general lack of decorative trim. The tiles, colors, cabinetry, etc, are all not very well coordinated.

I think in Van Wilder we call that style "early fuck"

Yikes. Overdecorate much?

WTH is with those electrical cord condoms?? Electrical cords on lights are normal. Why 'make it look better' with a scrunchie condom??

hideous.

I like it, but understand why people who couldn't afford it might claim otherwise. It's not exactly understated.

8:29 it's the glass cabinets that make it look nice.

I think the top "oven" is a microwave

You're right that I can't afford it. But if I could afford it, I assure you this is not the house I'd be spending $3mil on. To me it looks like something a major league athlete would live in and then show off on cribs.

sorry but the kitchen is not very well done. Cabinets look like they are stock; should be inset cabinets to the ceiling; if you want to put a soffit up ok so that cabinets are not so high but hanging a couple of upper cabinets in a kitchen doesn't work in that price range.

Overall, very underwhelmed....

First off those are full overlay, and how do you propose making cabinets touch the ceiling if the ceilings are 10 feet tall with double crown molding

No in-line cabinets on a 3.5mil house? That's ridik.

Ooh. Tacky lower-class people who make money doing something other people enjoy watching. I'm guessing that's not applicable to your line of work, if any.

It's at least 10 years outdated. But yes, it looks super-functional.
