Cut out all sugars and replace with splenda. little carbs unless they are high in fiber to make you poop. Works for me

I agree it is mainly diet but also overall exercise - you don't have to specifically target abs. For example, running and other cardio will work your abs, and compound weight exercises like squats, push ups, you can't help but work your core.

This is BS. They will not make your stomach bigger. When I had a 6 pack, it was ALL from crunches and other various forms of sit-ups. I had a 22 inch waist.

All the comments about diet are all spot on. You may have abs of steel, but if they are layered under fat, you nor anyone else will know they are there.
