OP here - just wanted to thank you again for all the great recs. Leaning toward Bistro Lepic or Il Canale (would love to do Blue Duck/1789 sometime when I want to spend a little more). Georgetown is really tricky for restaurants!

Sequioa has a great view and terrible food. Applebees has better food!

Just to let you know... Il Canale's food is great but in my experience it's quite loud.
