If you go to Ghana Cafe or Tropicana they make their own ginger beer and you can get it with dark rum. Yum.

Easy to make, but the rum you use and the ginger beer you use make a HUGE difference. Some bars just use generic ginger ale - yuck.

Montgomery County liquor stores carry Gosling's Ginger Beer. It really is a very simple drink. It is sort of like asking where you can get a good rum and coke or a good scotch and soda. You just need good ingredients.
