I'm wearing crocs sandals... http://www.crocs.com/crocs-womens-kadee-wedge/14102,default,pd.html?cid=22Z&cgid=outlet-women |
| My office is fairly dressy. I don't have to wear a suit every day, but it's on the dressier side of business casual. Dresses, nice skirts or pants with blouses or sweaters, etc. I sometimes wear dressy leather sandals, but never with a thong toe and always with a back strap. Peep toe wedges or ballet flats are always a good bet. On Fridays I can wear my TOMS wedges. |
Where do you people work? Have you given up completely? |

No way could I wear those crocs to work! Ballet flats also work in my office.
For starters - have a pair of nude and a pair of black pumps. It's fine to wear the same shoes all the time. Once you get a feel for the place, you can branch out. |
I'm the first PP (flip-flop). I work for a very small non-profit. I do keep heels at my desk just in case, but in the summer I commute to work in my flip-flops and then generally keep them on all day unless I have a meeting or there is a visitor in the office. I don't think I've "given-up". Part of the reason I decided to work here was the laid-back culture. Some people come to work in head-to-toe Tory Burch, and some in jeans and concert tee's. I like that. |
