I do keep heels at my desk just in case, but in the summer I commute to work in my flip-flops and then generally keep them on all day unless I have a meeting or there is a visitor in the office. I don't think I've "given-up". Part of the reason I decided to work here was the laid-back culture. Some people come to work in head-to-toe Tory Burch, and some in jeans and concert tee's.
