Soft pretzels.
Sandwiches with lots of toppings but no meat. Veggie burgers. |
| I love many of the suggestions above, but one I haven't see is spiced nuts. There are a couple of fantastic spiced nut recipes that use mustard. |
| Wholewheat toast spread with avocado and seedy dijon. |
You two didn't read the OP did you? She said she doesn't eat meat. |

Salad dressing: dijon mustard, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil whisk together. Add parmezan if you want. This is amazing in any blanched veggie: broccoli, green beans etc. I also use it in a warm potato salad instead of mayo. We go through a lot of mustard at my house.

Mustard glazed salmon is divine! I also like to dip hard pretzels in mustard. Also, wasabi is made from horseradish, and some mustards have this, so sushi. |

Many people who don't eat meat still eat fish. That's why I wrote "if you eat fish." So yes, I did read OP's post. And the other PP was just trying to help and perhaps didn't register the no-meat thing. So what? But thanks on OP's behalf for the valuable recipe ideas you contributed. Oh, wait, you didn't. You just contributed bitchiness. Maybe you can put some mustard on that. |
Nice line. And PP surely deserves it. |
