OP here. This is what I'm afraid of. I loved my DC yoga studio but I moved away from DC and yoga studios aren't so plentiful here. I'm afraid the gym yoga will be a let down and I really need something to get me hooked. I guess I'll just try out a couple of the classes and see which one may have staying power. I tried the pilates mat class on Sunday and while it definitely seemed to be a good workout for the core, it didn't seem like it would be a very good full-body workout. I'll try the gym's power yoga class next.
