do we have the right to know more in public school?

Maybe the parents of those allowed to stay were the children of PTA officers?

or maybe they donated big chunk of money to school and staff? or good friends of principal? or best in academics? They should be included in the published PP forms as 'legit' reasons? otherwise, these kinds of conducts are illegal in the government practice. is public school an exception?

I can only relate these 'corruptions' to other countries or Wall Street banks -- not with our government or public schools. we pay taxes for their legitimacy!
