Hi OP-While the behaviors you describe seem within the range of normal to me it can't hurt to talk to someone about this. ChildFind can refer you to the school psychologist for MoCO and she is excellent. While she can't diagnose, she can help you with referrals. It is apparently very difficult to find a good child psychologist in this area as they have long waiting lists for new patients.
