You think? I kind of think they are adorable. My friend Stephen hates them so much. Every time I wear them he asks if I am an Iberian medieval peasant.

To each her own!

OP here. espadrilles are not my thing. I prefer something more polished.

What do you wear to the beach? What do you wear to the playground? Don't mean to sound negative, I just really am wondering if you wear like pumps to the beach or something. Are you Richard Nixon reincarnated? You know:

I am not being snarky, I promise! However, I am confused by the use of the world polished in this context because there are certainly sandals and wedges that do look polished. Maybe you can provide links to what you DO like?

You said it all --flip-flops are fine for the beach. I don't wear them in my day to day life.

PP of course there are plenty of cute sandals and wedges...I just don't find them particularly comfortable.

Scratch that -- just saw no on the sandals. Sorry!

I have bunions, and Tieks are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. They are good quality leather and stretch just enough to be comfortable. Lots of different colors and patterns (and no bows!)

Thankss 21:55. Anyone with bunions have other brands to try?

I am on my second pair of these; they are just incredibly comfortable.

I second this. The CeCe flats are the most comfortable ones I have. Just ordered another pair.
I might check Nordstrom for other brands like another pp mentioned.

These flats by AGL are hands down the most comfortable and polished flats I've worn. Pricey, but worth it. They come in any color combination you can imagine.

Those are super cute. I wish they came in more colors. Op...I would definitely check out nordstrom. When I was there, they had many polished flats to chose from.
