What multivitamin do you take??

I really like Rainbow Light Women's One and New Chapter Every Woman One Daily. Both are food based which for me means that they don't make me nauseous. I like that the vitamin A in New Chapter is 100% beta carotene and has folate instead of folic acid. However Rainbow light is MUCH cheaper so I stick with those.


What do these taste like?

For those who started taking bigger doses of Vitamin D, did you feel any different than before?
