| I have heard of Lola as a nickname for Charlotte, which I think is cute. |
| Just call her old lady. I hate the name Charlotte. |
+1 |
| Lolo |
| I have a young Charlotte in my family and her family calls her "Lotta." It seems a bit of stretech to me. I think Charlie is the obvious, but really, it's two syllables. I'm not sure she automatically needs (or will be given) a nickname, especially if you don't want one. |
We chose a different name for our newborn daughter, but Charlotte was in the running. Her nickname would have been CC too. |
| I know one Charlotte in her 40's who goes by Shari (yes, she pronounces it "Sherry"). |
| Coco |
| I know two Charlottes and both go by Char (pronounced Shar). |
I had a crush on a schoolmate named Shar. (sigh) So I guess I'm biased, but I like it. |
|
I love Lottie.

| Char -- but that is so horrible. please don't. |
| The Charlottes I know go by Lottie. |
| The Charlotte I know goes by Charlotte. |
| I posted Lola, but honestly I don't think you need a nickname for Charlotte. I like a substantive name, and I know not everyone does, but I think you just Charlotte is adorable. |
