My husband works from 6:30 am to about 5:15 pm M-F and usually eats lunch at his desk. He's a GS 15.

We are required to take a lunch break.

Official hours are 9:00 - 6:00. I often work until 7, and if there are work related social functions - usually 2-3 days per week - I get home around 10 pm. When we have VIP visits I can work weekends, usually 2 -3 times per year. I work at the State Dept. GS-13 equivalent.

8-5:30 with every other Monday off.

7:30 or 8:00 to usually 6:00 or 6:30. State, GS 13 equivalent. My husband is the same but works more like 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM, sometimes until 9:00. No overtime.
