Yes, I've moved because of neighbors. My peace of mind was more important than the pride. My neighbors were extremely noisy, trashy beyond comprehension, rude, allowed their older children to destroy my property, never picked up after their dog (my yard was the dog's bathroom), and so many more things. I had to call the cops to obtain a restraining order. However, things only got worst. It was just best to move. I had to accept the fact that they were just low class and crazy. It was like the Kennedy's Family vs. the Honey Boo Boo Family.

That sucks. What did the landlord say? In most jurisdictions, you can do all that stuff as long as it's before 10pm or 11pm. Certainly using the bathroom has no time restriction.
