| 3-5 drinks almost every night. Sometimes 8 or 10 on weekends. I need to stop but can't. |
+1 |
| Usually one drink every night with dinner, after kids are in bed. (I don't have a problem drinking in front of them but more than one makes me sleepy and I'd rather enjoy it after they are asleep and as a compliment to my meal than drink it earlier.) |
| It varies. Never more than 3x/week (on the weekend). But sometimes I'll go a couple weeks without any. We don't really keep much in the house. I prefer wine over anything else, but I don't want the calories so I don't open a bottle unless we're having people over. I never drink beer anymore. |
| 1-2 drinks a couple times a month. Occasionally a month where I will drink more but that would be average. |

Most days. Typically it's a 5-oz glass of red wine after my daughter goes to bed. If I'm out with friends (1-2x/week), it's a couple of glasses of wine or a couple of beers. I can go without, and do if i'm not feeling 100%, but for me, it's a nice signal that my daughter is down for the night and this is Me Time.
More than 2 glasses of wine generally gives me a huge hangover, so I try to avoid that. |
What do your liver enzymes look like? |
| Just enough to take the edge off. |
Statistically speaking 3-4 drinks a night is safer than not drinking at all. http://www.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,2017200,00.html |
| I hope we make a return to the 50s-80s when ppl drank more. |
| 1 glass of wine every night. |
